Getting to the ferry without a car just got easier.  GERTIE – Gabriola’s Environmentally Responsible Trans-Island Express starts today (June 3) on a pilot week ahead of the official start date of June 10.  Check out the latest bus schedule for full details.

This new community bus service connects with the 7.40 and 8.50 ferries each morning and with the 3.45 and 5.00 ferries back from town each afternoon (Monday to Friday). Some additional connections are also possible during the day on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays .
