I request, again, that the motorcycle parking area be quadrupled, and with better signage.
On Thursday September 14, 2023, there were eight motorcycles, and only six could park – in the Assured Loading. We had a BC Ferries FMU parked in the motorcycle box. Then Ryan Vending parked in the Assured box; then a car. And then the ambulance arrived and parked across the road.
If the motorcycle parking was larger, and if other vehicles did not park on it, there would have been room for all. I have pictures of this occurrence.
The present motorcycle box holds two bikes. 6 – 10 bikes are not unusual – I have seen 20.
