BCF has advised that repairs needed to the Descanso Bay dock tomorrow (Friday, May 10) will result in the cancellation of some mid-day sailings. A water taxi is being sourced to provide foot passenger service during the cancellations.
The last ferry before the repairs will be the 1140 am leaving both Gabriola and Nanaimo. Service should resume with the 325 pm in both directions.
Might be an excellent day not to travel if your plans are flexible.
